Bathroom tiling

Bathroom Tiling

Good tiling starts with a flat, sound and waterproofed surface. We set out every wall and floor carefully so cuts, lines and trims look deliberate.

Practical considerations

Worth Knowing Before You Start

Tile choice

Large-format tiles need very flat surfaces; handmade-style tiles have natural variation. We’ll explain what each involves.

Setting out

Planning where cuts land — around windows, niches and fittings — makes the biggest difference to the finish.

Customer-supplied tiles

If you’re supplying tiles, order enough extra for cuts and breakages. We’ll advise on quantities.
